Aeon Tech has established this refund policy to clarify the conditions under which refunds will be issued, the process for claiming a refund, and our responsibilities in refund-related transactions. By using any of Aeon Tech’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms outlined in this refund policy.

Coverage & Scope

This refund policy governs refunds for services provided by Aeon Tech and any websites we operate.

This policy does not cover the practices of companies or individuals that Aeon Tech does not own or control, including third-party service providers bound by contract or any third-party websites linked to Aeon Tech’s site.

Filing a Complaint

At Aeon Tech, we strive to deliver projects with clear and measurable outcomes. If you’re unsatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually acceptable solution before seeking a refund. Refunds are considered a last resort when no other resolution can be achieved.

If you’re considering requesting a refund, please contact us at support@aeontech.com to discuss your concerns before proceeding with a claim. Refund requests should only be filed after all efforts to resolve the issue have been exhausted.

Eligibility for Refund

Aeon Tech approaches every project with professionalism and dedication to ensure client satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with the outcome and have followed our dispute resolution process, refunds may be considered under the following guidelines:

Application Development

For projects without a specific agreement or refund policy, refunds will be issued based on the proportion of the project completed by Aeon Tech compared to what remains to be done.
Dedicated Hiring

A full refund will be issued if the resource (e.g., developer, designer, writer) has not started the project.
A proportionate refund will be provided if the client cancels the order midway through the project.
No refund will be issued for work already completed. If dissatisfaction arises, the client must immediately notify the Project Manager to negotiate possible discounts for the work in question.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the following factors:

Timely Payments: Refunds are not applicable if payments are not made as per the agreed schedule.
Timely Communication: Aeon Tech is not responsible for delays or refund claims if critical information needed for project completion is not provided in a timely manner.
Complete Information: If incomplete information is provided at the start of the project, Aeon Tech cannot guarantee delivery or refund commitments.
Delays: Delays in delivery are not eligible for compensation unless a specific agreement includes penalties for late delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Aeon Tech’s liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project as outlined in the proposal. Under no circumstances will Aeon Tech be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from services rendered or delays in delivery. Refunds will only be considered after the project is officially canceled, and the client has communicated this in writing.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the project cancellation and will be issued via the original method of payment (check or credit card).
